Simple brewing

Use one bag per 8–10 oz of water. Steep Hashara and Ganda for 5–7 minutes and Harar for 7–10 minutes. For Koti varieties, begin with 175–185°F water and steep for 2–3 minutes. Koti bags can be infused again one or two times during the same tasting session. Drink warm or pour over ice.
